2. Data Processing During Orders

PayPal Payment

When paying via PayPal, the transaction is processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. Your email address is used for processing the payment. If the automatic redirection to the audio station fails, you will automatically receive an email with the access code.

Bank Transfer

When paying in advance by bank transfer, we receive your name, email address and bank details. This data is used solely for payment processing and sending your access code.

3. Delivery of Access Codes

Access codes are sent by email:

• Automatically after payment is received (bank transfer)
• Also automatically after PayPal payment, if the redirection fails

4. Hosting

Our website is hosted on servers located in Germany. Server logs (e.g. IP address, date/time, browser type) are stored for security purposes only and are not analyzed.

5. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies (e.g. for language selection or security). No tracking or analytics are performed.

6. No Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, unless required for contractual reasons or by law.
