1. How does the purchase of an audio station work?

Simply select an audio station from the overview. Then choose your preferred language and payment method. With a click, you start the payment process.

2. Which payment options are available?

You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer (prepayment). With PayPal, access is granted immediately. With prepayment, you will receive an access code by email after we receive and process your payment.

3. What should I consider when paying by bank transfer?

After selecting the prepayment option, you’ll receive an email with our banking details and a specific payment reference. Please enter this exactly as provided when making your transfer – this ensures your access code can be matched and sent correctly.

4. When will I get access to the audio station?

• PayPal: You will be redirected directly to the audio station after successful payment – no access code needed.
• Bank transfer: The access code will be sent via email once we have received and processed your payment. This may take a few business days.
   

5. What if I don’t receive the access code?

Please first check your spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received the email within 7 business days after your transfer, feel free to contact us.

6. How do I activate my access code?

Enter the code on our website – your audio station will be unlocked immediately and ready to play.

7. Can I listen to the audio station more than once?

Yes, you can access it as often as you like – but only on the device where the access code was first used.

8. Can I listen to the audio together with others?

Of course – feel free to use speakers or share one device to enjoy the tour together.

9. Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Since this is a digital product, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once the content has been unlocked or the access code has been provided. You agree to this during the purchase process.
